Note: In some cases, your package will first be in transit on a commercial LTL Truck across the country to a regional carrier near you, which can take up to 7 days. In these cases, tracking information will only be available once the package is scanned at the initial sorting hub. Your order status within our Check Order Status page will remain as “processing” until then.

Adult Signature

Starting March 27, 2021 all packages will require Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery as mandated by Federal law and will include a $7 Carrier’s Fee at checkout. You can read more about the service here:

Processing Stage

Orders will be shipped within 72 hours of placement, with most orders shipping within 24 hours out of our facility. Tracking emails will automatically be sent out once it is shipped unless you are located in certain parts of the South, Midwest or Eastern half of the US (see below).

As USPS, FedEx, and UPS no longer accept the shipment of electric cigarettes and other vape related products, all vapor related orders will be shipping out using local regional carriers.

Shipping Stage & Tracking Notification

Orders destined to the Western half of the continental U.S. will take an estimated 1 to 3 business days to deliver (excluding processing times). You will receive Tracking emails automatically once it is shipped out of our facility.

However, packages en route to the Midwest or Eastern half of the U.S. will require longer transit times due to a 2-step shipping process:

  1. Packages will first be in transit across the country to a regional carrier near you. In some cases, tracking information will only be available once the package is scanned at the carrier’s destination hub. 
  2. Once received and processed at the hub, the package will then make its way to the final destination to the customer.
    With this process, delivery times may increase by up to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please note that all orders can take up to 3 business days to process prior to shipment. This excludes weekends and holidays. Most orders will process under 24 business hours but this is not guaranteed.

To check for your Tracking Information, we recommend waiting for the processing hours and once it is shipped, an automatic email will be sent out.

You can also log into your account to see if you have the Tracking Information. If there’s no Tracking Info, your package has likely not been processed and shipped yet. However, for some packages shipped through our regional carrier network, tracking information will not be available until your package has been received and processed at the carrier’s sorting facility.
