We understand that it can be a frustrating experience for some customers to receive packages that require adult signature verification. Unfortunately, for some cases, we will be unable to provide an estimated date or time for when a delivery attempt will be made.

For West Coast carriers (Western half of the U.S.), packages will require 1-3 business days in transit. However, packages heading to the Midwest or Eastern half of the U.S. can take 7-20 business days in transit and Tracking Notification may not update until it reach our independent carrier hubs. To increase the chance of successful delivery, we do not recommend shipping to gated communities or locations with security checks. Additionally, please do not provide a P.O. box as a delivery address as these are exclusively serviced through USPS. If you feel that you will not be available at the location during normal delivery hours, we recommend shipping to a business address as any individual age 21+ may sign for the package.

It is regrettable that we may not be able to provide the same services Snoopy Vapes has been known for, however, we must comply with the regulations and restrictions in place as USPS, FedEx, and UPS no longer offer shipping for vaping products. Our team is working diligently to continue providing services to our customers nationwide, and improvements will be made consistently.
