With the PACT Act in full effect, shipping vapor products has become necessarily more complex. All vapor related products must now be shipped via commercial carriers that are compliant with the PACT Act. As a result, shipping times and tracking updates may vary.

As a measure of reassurance, Snoopy Vapes will guarantee that you will receive your package within 30 days of shipment. If you do not receive your package within 30 days, please reach out to our support team and we will be able to offer additional options towards a resolution.* This may include a reimbursement in the form of a Refund, Store Credit, or simply a Replacement Package issued to your location.

*Excluding but not limited to packages that are marked as delivered, returned to sender, shipped to an inaccurate/invalid address, or international shipments.
